Privacy Policy

Calculator inputs: Your property data is stored in your browser's localStorage only. It is never sent to any server. You control your own data and can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Email address: Collected only when you voluntarily submit the "email my results" form. Your email is used solely to send the requested calculator results. It is not stored in any database owned by Realestate Returns.

Analytics: We use PostHog in cookieless mode (cookieless_mode: 'always'). No cookies, no local or session storage for analytics. PostHog uses a privacy-preserving server-side hash to count users. There is no cross-session identification.

No account data: This site has no accounts, no passwords, and no personal profiles.

Our transactional email service (Resend) retains delivery logs for approximately 30 to 60 days. After this period, logs are automatically purged.

No email addresses are stored in any database owned by Realestate Returns. The email contains calculator results, a deal scorecard summary, and affiliate links.

Realestate Returns does not sell personal information. We do not share personal data with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request deletion of any personal information we may hold. To submit a data deletion request, email hello@realestate-returns.com. We will process your request within 45 days, consistent with applicable law.

While CCPA thresholds may not currently apply to our operations, we follow these best practices proactively.

This site does not use cookies for analytics or tracking.
